Dallas Arts District Bridal Portraits | Tammi

Tammi and Brenton were married at Ashton Gardens Dallas so now it’s time to share Tammi’s gorgeous bridal portraits. Tammi has more of a modern flair, so we opted for some Dallas Arts District bridal portraits. We started off in front of the Winspear Opera House and wandered around the neighborhood a little bit. Once the sun started going down, we headed to this historic district around Deep Ellum.

We shot Tammi’s bridal session in the winter, but Tammi had still hoped for some greenery and I was able to find it with the historic district. There were some beautiful full oak trees lining the sidewalk, and you just can’t go wrong with an amazing view of downtown in the background!

Tammi is one of the most down-to-earth and laid-back brides I’ve worked with. During most of our conversations, she would chime in with “girl, I know you got this and you’re gonna rock it out!” I love that she had such complete trust and faith in me. It’s a very free feeling, and is like being given permission to not worry about capturing “traditional” style photos… I can be as creative as I want. The end result was fantastic, and Tammi was thrilled with the results!
